Anna Abramochkina
Anna Abramochkina is a contemporary singer (jazz, pop, music theatre), vocal and piano teacher and a vocal producer. Anna started her music studying when she was 5 years old. She graduated from The State Music College of Tomsk and holds BA in music and Jazz performance from the Gnesin State Russian Academy of Music in Moscow. Anna was the founder and the lead vocalist of “Soundcake”, a well known Funky and Soul band performing across Russia and Europe, including Cannes Film Festival and Oldenburg Promenade Music Fest. She collaborated as a backing singer with top commercial pop artists as A-Studio, Alsou, Sergey Lazarev, and also recorded radio jingles and ads for General Electric, Coca Cola etc. As a jazz singer Anna collaborated with top musicians as Pavel Chekmakovskiy (guitar), Sergey Manukyan (vocals, piano), Vladimir Galaktionov (trumpet), Anton Davidyans (bass guitar), Andrey Davidyan (vocals). As a vocal coach Anna trained kids for the TV show “The Voice Kids”, she also coached commercial pop artists and actors like Garik Burito, Roman Panic, etc. and consulted as a voice designer and coach in studio recording process for debuting pop singers as well. Anna also performed as a music theatre artist in the Russian-Slovakian musical “Dracula” in Moscow and was nominated for a bronze prize as a Russian Romance singer at the TV competition “Romansiada”. She also participated at “The Voice” TV show in Russia in 2014. Since 2018 Anna is living in Dublin and working as a vocal coach, singing and piano teacher and as a co-producer.
